This is the best bread I’ve ever baked. And, in my earlier post about smell, my wife yelled up to me in my office when she arrived at home, saying “I could smell that from the driveway!”.
The recipe came from this month’s issue of Cooks Illustrated. And, I’ll be lucky if I’m not made to build another batch before these loaves meet their tasty ends.
